SCCM inplace upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 x64 ENT

Doing inplace upgrade for Windows 7 to Windows 10 Enterprise.
We are using SCCM 2012, have followed this article;
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/upgrade/upgrade-to-windows-10-with-system-center-configuraton-manager 
Have attached the errors i am getting, I have downloaded Windows 10 Enterprise again, but errors are same.

It is having trouble with boot. Windows 10 wants UEFI / GPT.  What are you using?  Do you have Secure Boot turned ON?

The Software screenshot is just old legacy software not supported.

We want to keep all the settings / drivers / application, so we cant use UEFI / GPT? as it will partition the drives.

I was planning to make a bootbable package and then run it on computers, would that be the best way?

Not sure if i have secure boot turned on, where i can check it?
