Exchange 2016 CU8 not working transport rule of removing message-ID

Hi there,

After Exchange 2016 CU8 upgraded, I noted that a transport rule what I created for removing the message-ID not work at all. My previous exchange 2016 CU6 is working well with the transport rule to remove message-ID. Do you have any idea about this bug?

I would try removing and re-creating the rule.

Did you restarted transport service after recreating the rule? My experience with transport rules is it doesn't kicks in right away until you restart the transport service. This is just a suggestion.

Note: Restarting transport service will pause\stop the mailflow. You must plan a change \ downtime before you restart.
