Transport rule for Links and attachments

I currently have a transport rule that prepends a disclaimer when an attachment is coming from outside the organization. Is there a way to set it up to also recognize links such as websites? I tried "When the subject field or message body matches text patterns" and added "https://, www. , .com , .net , .org" but it didn't seem to work.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi bensonwalker,
Please try using the subject or body includes any of these words option instead of the subject or body matches text pattern, add your keywords and it should work just fine.

Just to add - you will need a second mail flow rule for that, you cannot add the "or" logical operator when it comes to mail flow rules conditions.

Creating a second command did the trick. Thanks again!

I had it set up correctly but tried to have one rule. Creating a second, separate rule had the desired result.
