Want to delete program

Hi, can someone please tell me how I can uninstall the program on Pic 1 attached.  I looked in the usual place under programs and Features and it's not there.  I also looked in Revo uninstaller and it doesn't show up there.  I went to their website and it says to go to control panel, programs and features but since it doesn't show up, I don't know where else to look.
This is what comes up everytime I try to open a file

I had the exact same problem with that program, some programs make unistall very difficult but don't worry each problem has a solution.

You can use IObit Unistaller to remove that program easily

you can find the program in "Programs section" after reboot, you can also delete any program just by right clicking in the icon and choose Unistall.

Well I don't know how to award points here.  I solved my own problem.  Found out that you have to go to Programs and Features and there, look for the app (which is the only place I was able to find it).  Right click on it and select uninstall.  Waist-ed a lot of time doing all the research.

That is exactly what ShouldIRemoveIt would have done. ShouldIRemoveIt is an Add/Remove program interface, the only difference is that it has star ratings for applications from the community
