Is the anser to simply tell suppliers to

"Re your email going into spam – Right click on any fsg email and “add senders domain to safe senders list”

Make sure you have SPF records configured for your domain. Getting through spam filters is usually a matter of increasing your "Sender Reputation." SPF records help, so does DKIM and DMARC, though those can be a little more complicated to implement.
