Cisco AP error
I have 6 AP's that are AP2802I-B-K9 - they are duel band. This is connected to my controller a 5500 software version 8.2.141.0 I'm running Prime 3.1 These AP are grayed out on my maps and I've tried to reload them with no luck. The error is Interference threshold violation reported by 802.11 a/n/ac with the AP name and what controller it's connected to. I've tried to change the settings but I can't.
ASKER
Thanks. I'm trying to accomplish the guest network not eating 70% of my bandwidth on the AP's I'm hoping this will accomplish that.

1. Adjust the threshold values as workaround
2. Deploy additional APs or redeploy existing (repositioning away from interference)
3. Sniff the environment around the APs having problems for other emitters (hot spots, rogue APs, appliances, etc.) and remove
It sounds like you've attempted option 1 but on the chance that you want to review, from cisco:
1.Choose Configure > Controllers.
2.Click any IP address in that column of the All Controllers page.
3.From the left sidebar menu, choose 802.11a/n or 802.11b/g/n and then RRM Thresholds.
4.Adjust the Interference Threshold (%) in the Other Thresholds section
