Delaying of Exchange emails externally purposefully

We have Exchange 2016 on-premise installed with DAG. I would like to delay of 3-5 minutes all emails from our host to the external world. Could you please advice any solution? Currently sending directly from exchange to the world (Without any smart host) . We are using barracuda for email incoming spam control

There is no way to delay this within Exchange, but if you found a smarthost that recieves the emails and delays it from the smarthost that may help. I don't know of a smarthost company or appliance to recommend. The Barracuda maybe able to achieve this if you get that setup as a smart and look through the settings. Natively this isn't achievable via Exchange, but smarthost company or appliance may assist.
