Decommissioning Exch 2K7 (last 2 boxes)

Environment notes:
- Hybrid Environment; All MB's, Shared MB's, etc have all been migrated/moved to O365
- We have two (2) Exch 2013 Boxes acting as our management only servers for Exchange
- For testing/functionality; we turned off all 2007 boxes for a week, no issues, good mail flow; now want to remove 2007 from our environment
- I've already uninstalled / removed Exchange (cleanly w/ no issues) from: 2 x 2007 Mailbox Servers; 2 x 2007 Hub Servers; 1 2007 CAS Server
- I still have 1 x 2007 CAS Server & 1 x 2007 PUB Server I need to remove/uninstall

While attempting to Uninstall Exchange from the 2007 PUB Server; I get the following (see also screenshot):
Error:  Uninstall cannot continue.  Database 'dbpub2k7': The public folder database "SERVER\Second Storage Group\dbpub2k7" contains folder replicas.  Before Deleting the public folder database, remove the folders or move the replicas to another public folder database.

When I 1st attempted the Uninstall on the PUB Server; I got an error referencing OAB, which I was able to resolve cleanly.
We converted all of our 2K7 Public Folders to Shared Mailboxes during our migration, so I "believe" there is no needed data within the PF environment.
When I run Get-PublicFolderStatistics; I get the following (see also screenshot):

I'm not 100% sure how to read this, but notice all the "0" for Item Count except for the OAB.

I've Googled around and have found a few different possible solutions, some of them are contradictory with opposing articles.
One specific question I have, is that fact that we were able to turn off all of our 2K7 boxes for a week & the 2K13 boxes are for management only (as one of the article's suggested); do we "have" to move/keep the public folder stuff?

Anyways, looking for ways to get through this "cleanly" as so far all the other boxes have been cleanly process and would like, if at all possible continue it in order to get 2K7 our of our environment....

Much Thanks in advance

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You have to remove the public folder DB in order to complete the uninstall.

HI,

Always in order to be sure that you can delete Public Folder database. It will be good to shutdown Exchange 2007 in order to be sure that you can remove everything.

Did you test to shutdown the server?

Cheers
