robocopy placing files in wasitebasket for wiping

I had this question after viewing Saving deleted files with Robocopy?.

Specific example:
from www i download a personal files (here tax info for 2017)
next time roboycope runs it will make a copy to backuphdd.
i then want to place the file in a more secure place, so i copy the file to the new place and wipe it from c.
Next time robocopy runs it will remove the copy from backup hdd (when using MIR) as expected.
I want robocopy to place the "removed" file in waistebasket for me to be wiped later.
can this be dont using some options ?

No, robocopy cannot help you with your need to do secure deletions.
You should maybe consider to encrypt your hard drive so offline recovery of files becomes impossible - but I would need to know your scenario (protect against whom, in what position is the possible attacker), to make a good recommendation.
