UNIFI AP-AC-Pro remains disconnected

UNIFI AP/AC-Pro is disconnected and UNIFI Discover tools is not finding units. I had to switch IP providers, after they installed their modem I am no longer able to connect the Unifi Pro AP. I've turned off the two units and back on, no change. The Setup shows the 1923168.1.x IP address. And the Dashboard shows 2 devices inactive.

Blew away the initial profile and re-established the connections. Works fine now. Windows firewall was not the issue. Something got corrupted in the program. Restored the backup file and all is fine now.

Did you try turning off Windows Firewall in the system acting as the controller?

Had you upgraded Java recently? That does break installations of the controller sometimes.

Decided to uninstall program and reinstalled. May have been a corrupted internal program file.
