Hi there is a router that we want to decommission. now in the router, only one interface is up and its 5 minutes input/output rate is about 25000 bit/sec, 40 packets/sec. It do not has no dynamic routing protocol, but it has static routing protocol in side. I do not find there is one arm structure. Do you think if the router or the interface still has its function?
