I have a customer using Office 365 and Outlook 2013. Customer's Outlook was configured with a generic email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Eventually we changed the primary exchange email address to email@example.com and made firstname.lastname@example.org an alias. The issue we are having is the Outlook name in the left menu tree still shows email@example.com. The end users wishes to see the correct email address. I know we can recreate the Outlook profile but was wondering if there is a way to just rename it.
