I have a customer using Office 365 and Outlook 2013. Customer's Outlook was configured with a generic email address email@example.com. Eventually we changed the primary exchange email address to firstname.lastname@example.org and made email@example.com an alias. The issue we are having is the Outlook name in the left menu tree still shows firstname.lastname@example.org. The end users wishes to see the correct email address. I know we can recreate the Outlook profile but was wondering if there is a way to just rename it.
