BCC of 1 user

I am using Lotus Notes 8.5.3 . Is there any way to turn on auto BCC for one of my user without the user knowing it?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What are you needing it for?  It’s easier to just give access to the mail file.  The bcc will always show if they happen to look at messages in their sent folder.
You could put an agent in the mailbox, but if they know a thing or two about Notes they could find that as well.
Make sure you have authorization to do this and are not breaking any privacy laws.

it is required to monitor someone in our Company. It's not in violation as our Company handbook clearly states that the email belongs to the Company.

Tell me more about how to set the Agent.

Thanks.

This is not the correct way. Instead, have a look at Mail Journaling, a standard feature of every Domino server. You can configure how you want to collect mail, and from whom. I actually just gave access to the Superior to access directly the mailbox. That solved it. Thx.
