Auto-Reply Outlook, sending more then 1 reply.

A customer is using auto-reply when people are mailing the sales address (Thank you for your order etc.).
When the same person mails the second time, they don't get the auto-reply anymore.

I've tried applying a rule (in Outlook) which should send an auto-reply to every received email, but even then it only sends out 1 auto-reply per address.

Is it possible to keep sending the auto-reply to every receiving email?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The steps listed in the link below worked for us.

http://accc.uic.edu/answer/how-create-auto-reply-message-shared-mailbox

After you set the second profile, ensure you log in directly to the Shared mailbox in Outlook (Shared mailbox) i.e. Choose the Shared Mailbox profile when you log into Outlook. Then set the rule in that mailbox. Log out, then log back into your own mailbox. The rule should work.

It also depends which verison of outlook you are using.

Hi Agrippa,
This limit is defined on purpose to prevent infinite OOF loops. However, there is a way to get around it, without causing the infinite loop risk.
Simply use the free CodeTwo Out Of Office Manager The software allows you to automatically reset the out of office count on Exchange server. This way, each sender can receive an auto-reply more than once.
Plus, if you choose so, you can define out of office messages for any user in the company - for example, if they forget to configure one on their own.

Autoreply will only send one email per day per sender. If you want Automatic reply, you need to set rule as mention in above link.

It looks like the link Tiborg provided is the sollution. Im going to verify it with my customer if this is what they want.
I made a similar rule but instead of letting the server reply, I let the client reply. Which will only do it 1 time a day.
