A customer is using auto-reply when people are mailing the sales address (Thank you for your order etc.).
When the same person mails the second time, they don't get the auto-reply anymore.
I've tried applying a rule (in Outlook) which should send an auto-reply to every received email, but even then it only sends out 1 auto-reply per address.
Is it possible to keep sending the auto-reply to every receiving email?
