I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did this "someone" send your customer an email with LINKS to PDF files, or were the PDF files sent as physical attachments in the email?

Apologies beemmer, since my reply above, I've canceled my G-Suite subscription (see here for why) so I'm unable to offer any further help. I'd suggest asking G-Suite support for help, but once you read my previous post on why I canceled my subscription, I think you'll understand my hesitation in recommending you do that. <g>

Good luck.
