the CU20 update fails in Exchange 2013

i am having problems installing the cu20 update on Echange Server 2013. it gives me the following error.

the text shows the following on the error:

"The operation couldn't be performed because object 'MAIL17\OWA (Default Web Site) couldn't be found..."

seems the OWA virtual directory don't exist. confirm it exist or recreate it and see if that fixes your issue.

You need to create the OWA virtual directory, run the following command:

New-OwaVirtualDirectory -InternalUrl '' -WebSiteName 'Default Web Site'

Run again the setup.
