citrix xenap scanner issues

we publish one app using citrix xenapp 7.17 for POC all on one physical server.its working fine  and printing fine.the only problem that we are unable to scan from the published apps.its giving the message that unable to find the appropriate scanner.
i installed the twain compatible driver for the scanner on the client PC .i test the drivers working fine by disabling the WIA service and test the scan.i double check the USB redirection policies enabled and compression set to medium.i use twaker on server and client machine to check the scanner but did not see my scanner to acquire.i also check by copying the  user.dll to user profile on citrix server but no luck
locally the scanner is working fine with application without citrix xenapp.

scanner is cannon
xenapp 7.17
windows server 2012

i allready follw these steps in above url but no luck.
do you try scanning from another app already?
My customer get a new (64bit) Version of his app and this don't work anymore.
The same with other 64 bit apps (irfanview, ...)
... while 32 bit versions keeps working.

i checked by publishing the irfanview  and the scanner is working with it.
with 64 bit too?
possible yout app don't use twain but connects to the scanner directly

app is using twain drivers perfectly without xenapp but once we try to aceess through xenapp then it fail immediately.
