OneDrive for Business auto initialize

I am trying to move our folder redirections to OneDrive for Business.  I'm having an issue with having to auto provision every user.  If I'm reading this right, it says the user has to login to office365 portal online first.  When I check users who have not done that, it just says "OneDrive is not provisioned for this user".  Does anyone have experience with doing this?

Well, I tried to save my folder of "My Documents" (and Music and others) libraries in my simple "workgroup" into one drive, and it gives a lot of issues.

It doesn't accept anything that starts with a dot, for example.
Anything with special characters that are valid in the NTFS filesystem in one drive they aren't compatible.

I personally don't use Onedrive (or Onedrive for business) with users, I used Dropbox for a time and it worked just fine.

If you want to stick to O365

And here's a script of Mr Lieben:
