How Can I send SMS/MMS from excel sheet thru VBA?

our transport department needs to send SMS at times MMS ( include a picture) to about 1000 employees. How can I send it thru excel (VBA) or if there are any better solutions.

We cannot install any applications in our company

Could you please provide if it can be achieved thru VBA/VBS or any other simple solutions

Well, you are not going to be able to do this strictly using the installed Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office (Excel).  There's no tools or capability in there without addins, utilities and/or additional hardware to do this.  If that's what you were looking for you are out of luck.

If you were open to using a cloud based solution, you might be able to interact with that from VBA over the internet, but I have no idea if that is something you would want to pursue for this effort.  I doubt there is anything free there, but I have to imagine that things like Constant Contact or other similar offerings support a way to do this.
