Hi,
It seems that it's not safe to backup Gmail or Office 365 using such unsafe solution.
As far as our recommendation you can try SysTools Gmail Backup for free personal Gmail users. Have a look:-

There are many reasons that URL mentioned by you is not safe few of them:

  • The site is Not Secure (https)
  • No Copyright, no company name mentioned
  • Chances of getting your account hacked as you are using your credentials
Rest all you can google it.

Hi,

I have had some clients use this for many years, and never had a problem:

You can also download the free home version to try (at home of course).

Cloudberry is new, they are giving out free licence at once stage.
When comparing cloud product, i think you always can have a 30 days free trial with any of them.
then test out the restore process.

Hi @Tiras25,

If you want to backup data to the cloud then there are much better option available then the one you mentioned. Incase you are looking to backup Gmail or G-suite locally on your system then SysTools Is the best solution which I recommend.

Hi,

I would also add that I would not go with any solution that requires installing *anything* on your Exchange Server - just don't go there.

Alan.
