1st detach database from existing ADMT instance
If it's sql express, when you uninstall ADMT, it automatically detach database
If it's full sql server, you need to detach it from sql management studio
After that copy detached file on new ADMT server and during installation, import it or set copied dB with admtdb.exe
Procedure is provided here

Detaching ADMT dB would be easy task
After that when u installing new ADMT instance, u will import ADMT dB, if dB is corrupted, ADMT will give error
If you are trying to set dB over existing, u will get error while setting up dB if it has any issue
Else ADMT will work flawlessly after dB import and u should be able to fetch reports

Just curious, why are you moving ADMT from one server to another? ADMT is usually a temporary (temporary DC if you want to use ADMT command line) server implemented and used during a migration.

Currently we have ADMT 3.2 version installed on our environment, I am planning to detach DB from SQL from A location and uninstall the ADMT tool. Once DB is attached to B location install ADMT tool with same DB. Hope this should work as expected.
