Ignore negative coefficients when computing values to a 'power'

How can I write a formula to exclude negative coefficients when summing values to a 'power' , in a row.

  A    B   C   D
  2    2   -2   3

=10^A2+10^B2+10^C2+5^D2   would return 0
ignoring C
=10^A2+10^B2+5^D2     =   325
(The formula extend to around 20 columns)

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thanks to both, I prefer the normal formula and is best for my needs. Whatever happened to the shared system ?
