"manager" in room mailbox
Hello everybody,
I created a room mailbox in Exchange 2010. Does anybody know what the "manager" is good for in tab "organization"? What permissions does he have?
Thanks and best regards,
Admina

Hello Ivan,
thank you for your quick answer.
So the field "manager" is free by default. All the descriptions I found about how to create a room mailbox do not say anything about this point. And in Active Directory I cant see special permissions too.
Best regards,

Thank you very much for your answer, Shaun!
Anytime :)
that is a good question :)
Wanted to say you can use that info to create some dynamic group, but Manager is not used for that, so I think that is only information field.
If you need something regarding that group, you can always contact manager, if you don't know who else :)
Regards,
Ivan.
