Wanted to say you can use that info to create some dynamic group, but Manager is not used for that, so I think that is only information field.<br />
If you need something regarding that group, you can always contact manager, if you don't know who else :)<br />

So the field &quot;manager&quot; is free by default. All the descriptions I found about how to create a room mailbox do not say anything about this point. And in Active Directory I cant see special permissions too.<br />
