Can you force an email thread to ensure format supports a signature with an image?

Hello,

User is running Outlook 2013.  He has a signature that includes an image.

His original email is sent as an HTML formatted messages, so his signature [with a logo] goes through correctly.  The recipient responds using Plain Text, consequently the thread changes, and his responses no longer have his desired logo.

Is there a way to force all his responses to switch back to HTML or a format that allows his logo to be available, without having to manually change it back?

Thanks in advance.

You can do it using group policies but it will affect all the thread all the time.

Regedit GPO:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Options\Mail\EditorPreference 131072 (Decimal)

ADM template GPO:

admin template\Microsoft Outlook 2013\Outlook Options\Mail Format\Internet Formatting\Message Format\set message format=html

Not if that receipt is outside of your environment
