Dynamics 365 On the out of the box Quote form, there is a editable grid, that throws the attached error when I attempt to add a part.

I am using Dynamics 365 (patch 8.2.0.749).  On the out of the box Quote form, there is a editable grid, that throws the attached error when I attempt to add a part.

Can someone explain how to resolve this?  It is a pop-up dialog error with the following details:

ReferenceError: 'ORG_UNIQUE_NAME' is not defined

Do you have any JavaScripts on Quote or Quote product?

Looking at the error message, it is odd that there are references to two URLs,  crm.wwn, net and crmtest.wwmh.net.  I wonder if there is a hard-coded reference to a URL in a custom JavaScript function?

Yes, there were onload events that I disabled and that got rid of the error popup

On the Quote form editable grid, it no longer throws the error but it is not editable
