asked on

network protection server

I have taken over responsibilities of a client migration. One of the task is to migrate the network access protection server. They have two servers srv1 and srv 2. These are for wired , printers and wireless connections.  I  do not see anything in the proxy's group setting.
The "network policy" has policy for printers, wired and wireless and the same policies are listed in "Connection request policies" section.
I have few questions, hope someone shed light.
1 Why there is a printer policy since we have wired policy?
2. I do not see anything in the proxy setting then how these act as load balancer? or switches are configured with group of servers to load balance?
3 Can i export the setting from these old servers and import it to new server for the migration?

You usually export the config from one NAP Server, then manually import it on another. Right click either the top level, or the NAP node and you should see 'export'
