I have a client with a older DVR that they normally just view on a monitor. &nbsp;Now we need to pull and backup video from it. &nbsp;It's an 8 Channel Northern DVR.<br />

I have the software set up and I believe I have it talking to the DVR correctly since it comes up with 8 different cameras to view, but I get no actual live video on the screen. &nbsp;If I go to playback, it errors out. &nbsp;Yet, I can connect directly to the DVR through it's IP address. &nbsp;I have the correct login information (admin, 1234). &nbsp;Can you help out?
