I have a situation if we can work around it.
A room A having delegate D set to accept meeting ( managed room). User D <delegate> is having OOF message set on his account.
Now, user B sends a meeting request to this room A along with other users. When the email gets forwarded to Delegate D for approval, OOF message triggered back to User B <organizer of meeting>.
This confuses user B on how email response is coming from another user whom he hasn't sent an email.Technically behavior looks obvious.
Is there a way to stop OOF message for meeting request of room. We are in 2016.
