SQL Server 2017 encryption issue

Dear Experts,

We know how to encrypt the volume of a database.

But let’s say we want to prevent hackers from accessing the sql encryption.

Is there anyway to hide, export or conceal the master encryption key?

Look at SQL always encrypted that protects data in transit and at rest. Key can be stored in a key store
