outlook 2016 calendar, android, maas360

2 users are having issues regarding their Outlook Calendars continuously to sync with their mobile phones (mostly iPhone).  IBM is stating the issue stems with our Exchange Server/OWA.

we are using Maas360

any help..

exchange active sync was not enabled
