need help finding the best laptop- I have narrowed it down to four different models

Hello, I am looking to buy a work laptop, and need help deciding the best option to go with. My maximum budget is $1,300 (USD) and the main thing I need is speed and power. I would also like the following minimum options: 2-in-1 style (so I can use a stylus with it, for drawing / writing notes),  I7 processor, 256 GB SSD hard drive,  and 16 GB ram.

I have $500 in gift cards for best buy (local electronics retailer), so I was trying to buy from them. But I found several options that they have that I think I would like. But since you guys are the experts, I figured I would post here before just picking one myself. But below are the four units I was looking at:

1. Lenovo Yoga- 80X7001TUS- (this one only has 8gb of memory so I would have to upgrade the memory if I picked this one). Has an SSD, and 16gb of ram. It is on sale for $849 and I can get an open box unit for $765. Here is a link to the item: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo-yoga-720-2-in-1-15-6touch-screen-laptop-intel-quad-core-i7-8gb-memory-256gb-solid-state-drive-platinum-silver/5722736.p?skuId=5722736

2. HP ENVY x360- 15M-BP112DX- (this one does not have an SSD drive so I would have to upgrade that if I picked this one). Has 16gb of ram, This one is $900, open box for $845. Here is a link to the item: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-envy-x360-2-in-1-15-6-touch-screen-laptop-intel-core-i7-16gb-memory-1tb-hard-drive-natural-silver/6082000.p?skuId=6082000

3. Asus  Q524UQ-BI7T20 (this one does not have an SSD drive so I would have to upgrade that if I picked this one).Only has 12 GB of ram, but that should be enough I would imagine. On sale for $800, open box for $640. Here is a link to the item: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus-2-in-1-15-6-touch-screen-laptop-intel-core-i7-12gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-940mx-2tb-hard-drive-sandblasted-matte-black-aluminum/5722708.p?skuId=5722708

4. Dell Inspiron-  I7773-7855GRY-PUS (this one does not have an SSD drive so I would have to upgrade that if I picked this one) Allthough I am not a very big fan of Dell, this laptop has a larger LCD screen then all of the others, 17.3". Also has 16GB of ram. On sale for $1000, open box for $880. Here is a link to the item: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/dell-inspiron-2-in-1-17-3-touch-screen-laptop-intel-core-i7-16gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-mx150-2tb-hard-drive-era-gray/6114305.p?skuId=6114305

So any thoughts / recommendations?

Since they all need some sort of "upgrade", I would go with the HP Envy since that has an 8th gen i7.  The rest have 7th Gen processors.  The CPU is the only thing that can't be upgraded later.
I am happy with  purchase of HP x360 with SSD from Best Buy online with an additional coupon discount

My 2 cents :-)

Thanks for the info. It appears the Dell Inspiron  also has the i7 8th gen processor.

So is there any major differences between the Dell Inspiron and the HP ENVY x360 laptops?
I think it will come back your preference. I was going to go Dell but changed to HP based on the value and features.
Are you carrying this around a lot?  If you are, I would go with the smaller HP.  Weight and size makes a huge difference in whether or not you want to carry a laptop from place to place.  I've had various size and weight systems and found that when they were larger, I was very reluctant to carry it around.  I used those as portable desktops.  Now that my work requires going to a lot of different locations, I much prefer a much smaller system.  It's just more convenient and less tiring when you're not carrying some bulky, heavy, cumbersome weight.
what about this one :  ASUS ROG GL503VD-DB74 15.6-inch Intel i7 7700HQ, GTX1050, 16GB DDR4, 1TB (7200 RPM) + 256 SSD ?
