Microsoft Office 2016 Outlook freeze/not responding

Microsoft Office 2016 Outlook freeze/not responding when replying or forwarding emails with picture/internet content in the email body.
only option is to force quit outlook. This is happening to only one client
Client has Windows 10 Pro 64 bit all in one Dell PC.
We have Exchange 2013 server.

Picture size is not more than 1 MB.

If your Outlook is not responding then there might number of possible reasons for Outlook to behave this way.  See the below mentioned guidelines and potential solutions to solve your issue.

Procedure 1: Start Outlook in safe mode

1. Close Outlook.
2. Go through Start, type Outlook.exe /safe, and press Enter.
3. Close Outlook, and then open it normally.
See the result and if it didn't resolve your issue, continue to the procedures below.

Procedure 2: Install the latest Windows and Office updates

Procedure 3: Try to create new user profile

Sometimes creating new profile works like a charm. You must implement this procedure;

1. Close Outlook.
2. Go through Start >> Control Panel >> User Accounts > Mail > Show Profiles.
3. Choose Add, and in the Profile Name box, provide a name and press ok
4. Choose Prompt for a profile to be used.

Procedure 4: Repair your Outlook data files

Sometimes Outlook fails to respond if there exist corrupt Outlook data file (ost & pst). Users can choose Inbox OST Repair Tool or some reliable repair tool to fix corruption issue.
