Get Eisenhower matrix working in Excel

I want to show my tasks in lists based on priority based on the Eisenhower matrix.
A sourced a spreadsheet online which did this using macros.  But its problematic.
I have attached the file.
Can someone help improve.

I changed the way it was adding the new entries.
