Excel VB.net Add not installing


I have an Excel Add-in that I created in VB.net Visual Studio 2017 and a user is getting the following error when trying  to install it. I signed it with a temporary key.
What can I do to make this go away?

Essentially, your user needs to add the site where they download your addin to their Trusted Zones in Internet Explorer.
