my webmail.domain.com is not opening internally  ( while connected to network)

what can I check

Double check your internal DNS settings.
Check if all computer has same problems (try to check if this is only for dynamic IP address getting computers or static address to.)
Assign static internal address to one computer who has problem and check.
If there will be no difference then your DHCP is ok, so problem must be in your internal DNS.

Run CMD as admin on workstation and check

ipconfig /all

make sure your internal DNS is listed.
Go to your DNS manager and double check if you have A record for your email server
Double check if your OWA is created in your IIS admin and your certificate is bind to OWA under External and Internal IP address

this was working fine till yesterday the web address is configured on f5 load balancer, any thing to check there?

You are saying that internal it does not work, how about external? does it work?

i would also suspect DNS as being the issue, try pinging the domain external and internal and see if the IP address matches.
