Adobe Reader 2017 with Citrix XenApp 6.5

Is there a way to disable the server side mouse in Adobe Reader 2017? We use Citrix XenApp 6.5 and the performance is really slow when using Adobe Reader's server side mouse.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It's a known issue from adobe side, you can toll back the version or have to wait for the new release. still you can try this registry settings https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/slow-display-performance-terminal-server.html
