How Can I Block a Phone Number/Caller on Avaya 9608

I have an Avaya 9608 VoIP at work and would like to block a certain number or caller. I've searched the phone handbook, but have not found an option to block or forward a particular number or caller to voicemail. Is this an option? If so, how can I set it up?

Maybe this will assist :

Solution
Solution is to utilize EC500 to restrict a specific number from calling anyone in your CM system, adding a dummy XMOBILE station (12002192009 in this case). The cellphone number will be the number you want to block calls from (12622070094 in this case) which can be any type of number, not only cellphone and the mapping mode "origination". Then, you need to assign to this dummy XMOBILE station a COR with Calling Party Restriction: origination. This is sytem wide however you can do it by trunk.

Thanks for your response. This looks like something that one can do from an Administrator end user position and I'm not authorized or qualified to operate from the backend. Thanks anyway.
