DNS records are automatically getting disappear

All entries from DNS are disappeared. if I add any new DNS entry, it is getting auto disappear after refresh.

How many DNS servers you have ?
Is this your primary DNS server ?

I have three DNS servers. I am getting this problem on 2 DNS servers. one DNS is working fine, I can see all record there. there is nothing primary secondary DNS as it keeps replicate. FSMO role holder is also having same problem.
Did you check replication status ?

This fixed the problem
How user profile affected DNS replication ? It is not possible.
DNS replication has nothing to do with user profile
I don't think this was your issue
It was not replication issue. As I said, I could see DNS record in 1 server while in other  2 servers it was not reflecting. If I added any new record, it was available in 1st server while in 2 other servers it was auto disappearing.

Well , whether you trust or not but changing win profile fixed the problem and I am feeling very much cool and happy cause I answered to management team and showed this practically they are happy Too :D
