Wordpress login and editing problems.

Hello,

I logged into my word press site to update something. I haven't been on this particular page in a few years. I did the updates for the plugin and word press and now I cant go back to my backed to edit anything. When I got to my "wp-admin" from any browser it doesn't even display the login page, I now get:

The website cannot display the page

  HTTP 500

Most likely causes:
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.

And when I am on the browser that is still logged in, (ribbon up top still) when I click my dashboard or any edit page, it just takes me to a blank screen. I do have access to my FTP site, is there something I can change or edit? I assume since I did an update and since its been so long something got messed up. The webpage is eliesgrill.com . Thank you.

Are you saying that you are getting blank screens when you click on any tabs on the side bar? If you can export the WordPress in Tools do that. Try disable the plugins by following the steps above, if that's not working then you might consider reinstalling WordPress all together. http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-wordpress/

Do you have access to the db?  MyPHPAdmin? Through the control panel?  If you do, here is an article: https://www.siteground.com/kb/how_to_disable_all_wordpress_plugins_directly_from_database/

You are looking for the wp_options and find the option active_plugins

Hello,

No I cant even get to the side bar part. It goes blank as soon as I click to log in. Then when I go to the site without the wp-admin, I see the ribbon on top as if I am logged in but cant use any options, I get a blank screen. I have full access to the FTP site so I am going to try and find the file in that article.
