Assuming Tim to be correct, forget the Phone (locally) and archive so available in OWA. Then use Safari on the phone to access OWA. &nbsp;<br />

Prime goal: keep the size of the main file reasonable for good performance.

I have a client, an attorney, that keeps every bit of email and refuses to believe that 50GB is the max size for his O365 mailbox. &nbsp;He's looking for a solution whereas he can basically keep all email, always. &nbsp;I'm fairly confident I can't make his mailbox bigger than 50GB, so with that in mind, what other options are there for this user? &nbsp;He wants the ability to search/retrieve any email without looking in multiple spots. &nbsp;<br />

I have a client, an attorney, that keeps every bit of email and refuses to believe that 50GB is the max size for his O365 mailbox.  He's looking for a solution whereas he can basically keep all email, always.  I'm fairly confident I can't make his mailbox bigger than 50GB, so with that in mind, what other options are there for this user?  He wants the ability to search/retrieve any email without looking in multiple spots.

O365 Mailbox Maximum Size and options for bigger

Office 365 is a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers.
