You need to buy a new battery,just contact the vendor .

Server inside battery or UPS battery

Inside the server you should have a controller card...this card should have a battery...this battery needs replacement...

Which model server and controller? IBM migrated one controller battery from NiMH to Li-ion and if you have an older card you may need the daughter card as well as a new battery.
