I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Assuming you have list of servers (list.txt) and you want to get their FQDN.

Use below powershell script to get FQDN of servers.

ForEach ($computer in (Get-Content list.txt)) {
    Try {
        [net.dns]::GetHostEntry($Computer).Hostname | Out-File -FilePath systems.txt -Append
    } Catch {
        $Computer | Out-File -FilePath systems.txt -Append

Output file will be systems.txt

Another way is to export a list of computers from each of the three domains and use that to check to which domain they are joined
