Apostrophes in email contacts

I am using Micrsoft Outlook 2016.
I was sent a group contacts list. All the contacts are enclosed by apostrophes which makes them invalid.
I cannot edit the contact to delete these either.

Would really appreciate your assistance

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Paste the list into Word or Excel, or even WordPad that comes with Windows.
Search and replace a single ' with a blank.
Then copy and paste the list into Outlook, or whatever you need to do with it.
