Help for the formula

HI Rob,

Need small help on the this formula in (columns B), which is for read space but i have done up to 2 spaces only but when i m trying 3rd (Row A)
i m getting error or not reading.

formula is for trim & uppercase

Hi Zahid,

Use below in B2 and drag down:
=TRIM(CLEAN(SUBSTITUTE(UPPER(A2),CHAR(160)," ")))

this will read the whole thing from column A which may not required that's i was using to read it up to first spaces
