There are 500 mail boxes and if I migrate to a new database, do I need to reconfigure the outlook client on the user workstations?

We are using Exchange 2007 and planning to migrate to 0365 by another 4 months. Every two days or 1 day once the exchange server goes offline in the morning hours and during this instant when I restart the information store on the exchange the server comes online again and user mail boxes gets updated.<br />
<br />
Please see the snapshot on the event viewer &nbsp;and I get Event ID 474 and 705 and I think this is where the problem is &nbsp;and not sure what should have gone wrong with our exchange server.<br />
Please guys post me step by step instructions to resolve this.<br />
