Add options to print currently selected Outlook 2016 email

How can we add the option to print the email that is currently showing within the Outlook 2016 preview pane to Outlook 2016?

What steps need to be followed to add an option to print the currently selected email (that is being viewed within the preview pane) to:

1. The top section of the Outlook toolbar (highlighted in orange)

2. The list of buttons next to "Reply, Reply All, Forward, IM" (highlighted in red)

3. The list of icons in the upper right corner (highlighted in black)

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Right Click in the Ribbon, select Customize Ribbon and add the Print Icon.

If space is tight, remove an icon you do not need.

OK and I see how to add icons to the quick access toolbar.

What needs to be done to add commands or icons (such as the print command) to the area highlighted in red?

The blank red area is the Ribbon and I described above how to add the Print Icon. You can only add a function like this in the Ribbon but it works for Preview (and most anything else)
