Outlook 365.nst files are being created more than once for some users.

When Outlook creates a 365.nst file when a user opens Outlook, should it get deleted after they close and log off?   I ask because on our Citrix servers some users have 2 or more 365.nst files and they take up a lot of space

No, it doesn't. Perhaps you can use some form of de-dup storage.
