LGG4 android 6.0 on every reboot optimizing app 1 of 1 for ten minutes

hi i have a LGG4 android 6.0  phone, the other day everytime i restart my phone it says android is starting optimizing app 1 of 1..this takes about 10 minutes... i took out the battery put another battery in, did a  factory reset...same thing... can you help me?  thanks

I don't have (and never had) neither zedge not localcast and still experience the problem.
My guess it it might be march update to one of other apps or even to the bundled apps (such as LG SmartWorld, but probably not that one).

thanks igor for all your help also abe,  my brother and i had the same problem and we both had zedge app on our phones, we deleted zedge from our phones and  now starts up normal....a week of searching and going thru hell  lol  thank you so much for your  help!!!

Abe Swartz I believe you're rigth maybe if we deactivate all those lg apps. I cannot remove them cause my phone is not rooted.
