Hello, windows 10 pro, all updates have been applied. If we leave screen up long enough the user gets desktop, but it takes a long time, its only random users
On a test machine, open cmd.exe with Run as Administrator and run:
dism.exe /online /Cleanup-image /restorehealth
Allow to complete, restart and test
Does All updates include BIOS and Chipset?

Also, make sure networking is OK. Run TCP/IP, DNS Flush reset
Open cmd.exe with Run as Administrator
Then: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
Then: ipconfig /flushdns
Then: restart the computer

Another thing to try, more user oriented, is to delete the problem user profiles, restart the machine and remake the profiles
that means that there is a network delay in the user login. this could be caused by large user profiles, group policy items use the windows performance analyzer to diagnose this https://channel9.msdn.com/Events/TechEd/NorthAmerica/2014/WIN-B359
