does anyone know how to change your zoom when it is stuck on 45% on word 2016 ??

this problem has only just occurred, every word document that i have created the zoom has been stuck on 45% and i can not move it. i want it on 100% so i can see what i am doing.
this is word 2016.  what should i do?

press CTRL and 0 ... this should return it back top 100%
also, in the lower right corner, there is the zoom meter, click on it and choose 100%

1. On a sample document, open it, Click on View, press the 100% Icon, save the document and re-open it. Is it at 100 %

2. If no, uninstall Office 2016, restart and reinstall Office and test.  

3. If still no, make a new, test Windows User Profile (Account). Log into the new Account and test Word again. This will likely work if the first two suggestions did not.

Is the document in Read Mode whereby you can see a whole page at a time?

You may need to change it to Edit mode.
